I’ll start. I learned about Roman Emperor Nero’s disastrous escapades at the 67 AD Olympics, where he bribed organizers to postpone the games a year so he could participate, competed in multiple events and “won” a chariot race despite being thrown from the chariot. When he died, his name was erased from the list of winners. Learned this at the fabulous Olympic museum in Athens.

Also, did you know that poke means “to chop” and doesn’t actually have anything to do with fish?
One more — I learned that getting TSA Pre-Check is extremely easy and quick and I should have done it years ago.
