My name is Rebecca Holland and I’m a freelance journalist currently living in Dubai, formerly based in Chicago, Irbil, Rome, D.C., Amman, and Madison, Wis. I have lots of thoughts on how to travel responsibly and spend what feels like 80% of my life reading about and searching for great food.
